1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and zbazi ("zbazi", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at zbazi.app ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. Your continued use of zbazi following any update to these Terms will be taken as your acceptance of the revised version. zbazi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

These Terms should be read together with zbazi's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other document published on zbazi, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

1.1 Platform Availability

zbazi makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available at all times. However, zbazi does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for any downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions caused by factors within or outside zbazi's reasonable control, including but not limited to server maintenance, third-party provider outages, internet connectivity failures, or force majeure events.

1.2 Language of Agreement

These Terms are published in English, which shall be the governing language of this agreement. In the event that zbazi provides a translation of these Terms into Bengali or any other language for the convenience of players, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or discrepancy.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the rest of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use zbazi, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are a resident of, or currently located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are acting as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or intermediary for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of zbazi, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You do not have an existing zbazi account that has been suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with zbazi or any affiliated platform.

2.1 Age Verification

zbazi reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, zbazi may, at its sole discretion, restrict access to deposits, withdrawals, bonus offers, or specific game categories. Providing false documentation in connection with an age verification request is a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

2.2 Underage Account Discovery

If zbazi discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player is under the age of 18, zbazi will immediately suspend the account and investigate. If the suspicion is confirmed, the account will be closed, all outstanding deposits will be returned, and any winnings generated while the account was active will be forfeited. zbazi reserves the right to report the matter to appropriate authorities.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the real-money features of zbazi, including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in games and betting markets, you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to all eligible individuals as defined in Section 2.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your official identification document
• Your date of birth
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number
• A valid email address
• A secure password of your choosing

You agree to keep your registration information accurate and current at all times. If any of your details change after registration, you are responsible for updating them promptly via your account settings or by contacting support at [email protected].

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on zbazi. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. zbazi employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts, and all associated primary accounts, are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

3.3 KYC Verification

zbazi operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) practice. All players are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. zbazi may also request KYC documents at any point during the lifetime of an account, including but not limited to when unusual transaction patterns are detected or when high-value withdrawals are requested.

Accepted KYC documents typically include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of address not older than three months. zbazi reserves the right to specify which documents are acceptable on a case-by-case basis.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zbazi account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. zbazi will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, whether or not you actually performed that activity.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

zbazi supports a wide range of Bangladeshi payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. zbazi reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: As specified per payment method in the cashier
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly in normal circumstances
• Currency: All deposits are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)

All funds deposited into your zbazi account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. zbazi does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. If a deposit is found to have originated from a third-party account, it will be returned and the associated zbazi account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction
• Maximum withdrawal: As specified per payment method and account tier
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete
• Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible

zbazi reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Players may be asked to provide additional documentation before a high-value withdrawal is processed. This is a standard AML compliance measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

4.3 Dormant Account Fees

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more and a positive balance remains in the account. zbazi reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) to dormant accounts. Players will be notified via email before any dormancy fee is applied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

zbazi offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified zbazi account and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible to receive zbazi's welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 (100% match on first deposit). The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. 5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by players using their own registered payment accounts. Third-party payment methods will invalidate bonus eligibility.
• zbazi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across multiple accounts or exploiting technical errors — zbazi reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and suspend the accounts involved.
• Bonuses are issued in good faith and are intended for entertainment purposes only. zbazi's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses issued by zbazi carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered the stated number of times before a withdrawal of bonus-related winnings can be made. Contributions from different game categories towards wagering requirements vary — live casino games, slots, and sports bets may contribute at different rates as specified in the individual promotion terms.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

zbazi is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. To protect the integrity of the Platform, zbazi enforces a strict code of conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited on zbazi and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match-fixing: Attempting to influence the outcome of any sporting event or game for the purpose of gaining an unfair betting advantage.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or play games on zbazi without zbazi's express written permission.
• Exploiting software errors: Taking advantage of any technical error, software bug, or miscalculated odds knowingly. Winnings generated through known errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using zbazi to deposit, move, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than legitimate gaming activity. zbazi is required to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable law.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes after funds have been deposited and used on the Platform.
• Bonus abuse: Any systematic attempt to exploit zbazi's bonus and promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
• Identity fraud: Registering an account using false personal information, impersonating another individual, or using another person's payment method.

6.1 Certified Fair Play

All casino games available on zbazi use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by internationally recognised providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. The RNG certification of each provider ensures that game outcomes are statistically random, independent of previous outcomes, and cannot be influenced by zbazi, the game provider, or the player. House edge values are fixed and consistent with the published return-to-player (RTP) figures for each game.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

zbazi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversed transactions
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure)
• As required by applicable law or regulatory authority

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any player who wishes to close their zbazi account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, zbazi will process any remaining eligible balance for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to the conditions in Section 4 and provided that no outstanding bonus wagering requirements are attached to the balance.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

zbazi supports responsible gaming and provides self-exclusion tools directly within account settings. Players may activate a temporary self-exclusion period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration) or a permanent self-exclusion at any time, with immediate effect. During a self-exclusion period, zbazi will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform and will not send promotional communications. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zbazi, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Losses arising from technical errors, server downtime, or service interruptions
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Any consequential losses arising from zbazi's suspension or closure of your account in accordance with these Terms

Nothing in these Terms shall limit zbazi's liability for death or personal injury caused by zbazi's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8.1 Disputes

In the event of any dispute relating to your zbazi account, a transaction, a game outcome, or these Terms, you must contact zbazi's support team at [email protected] in the first instance. zbazi aims to acknowledge all dispute submissions within 24 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) and to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe. zbazi's decision on disputed game outcomes, where those outcomes were determined by a certified RNG, shall be final.

8.2 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the relevant jurisdiction. By using zbazi, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in connection with any such dispute. zbazi makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations and accepts no responsibility for compliance with local laws in jurisdictions not expressly served by zbazi.

8.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with zbazi's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and zbazi with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and zbazi relating to the same subject matter.
